I am wondering where in the files is it denoted how the abilities are set up at game start, I'm looking to shift them around to a
configuration that I am comfortable with so that I do not have to fiddle with it every time that I start a new game. I've dug
through 'starsector-core' but the only thing that is relevant to this question is the 'Abilities' excel sheet.
Even if it is what decides which slot the abilities start on, I cannot tell where it says. Thanks for the help.
