Not sure if a bug or not, but I've recorded it on a vanilla save file. The hauler arrived in my target system, but was flying backwards. Purely visual error though, everything else worked as intended. I'll upload the footage later today once I'm at my PC again.

My understanding (from some *very* brief googling) is you want to have vsync turned off when using gsync. To do that, you can edit starsector-core/data/config/settings.json and set vsync to false.

Whether that'll help with this specific issue or not, I don't know.

Thanks for the help, Alex. I've resolved the issue. Turning off vsync alone doesn't do the job, I set the game to run at 144 fps (my monitors native refresh rate) and that fixed the issue.

If you steal Kazeron's nanoforge (or, really, do anything else that's hostile) and then immediately after talk to the Persean League leader and accept the Persean League membership, you'll be instantly kicked out of the faction again if they're aware of your identity because the surrounding fleets around Kazeron regard you as hostile, which sets you to -50.

This could probably be fixed by him refusing to talk to you for a while after doing something hostile around Kazeron, or him giving you instant amnesty and cancelling out any past hostilities.

It happens pretty frequently for me that I purchase a new ship, outfit it, and then it starts the simulation shutting down and exploding because the ship doesn't have enough crew/CR.

Whilst playing Starsector, my monitor experiences a slight amount of gamma flickering. This only happens when I have gsync enabled. Are there any fixes for this?

Something that has always been on my mind is how the player character must actually be an insanely rich individual, every crewmember gets paid 10cr per month, so does this mean that space captains are only extremely rich millionaires/billionaires?

My suggestion is to add a seperate music slider for the music that plays while you're flying around in space, while the music is good it does get kind of jarring after a few hundred hours of gameplay, but I don't want to turn off the fleet encounter music since it is really good.

When more than one patrol chases you and they're close to each other they should merge into one encounter just like combat ships.

Right now what happens is that if you deny the scan and cut the comms they'll instead make two seperate runs at you which means you lose double the reputation which is really frustrating.
