Hello,

I need help.
I can't seem to be able to make the changed to the settings file apply to the game.
I wanted to drastically reduce (or maybe eliminate) the penalty of being over DP but it doesn't seem to apply in game.
I've changed this line:

I've drastically increased the number but no matter what I change my fleet is still over DP in game.
I've applied the change as requested to all the other mods that use the skills.csv file.

Any help?

Modding / Help with supply modding

Hi,

One aspect I don't really like in the game is how intensive the supply farm is. I feel like I never have enough credits to buy the supplies I need and all I do is farm credits not to buy ships but to buy supplies. So I'm probably doing something horribly wrong but I would like to mod that by multiplying by doing one or all of the followings:
- multiplying by X all supply drops and all supply available in shops
- reducing by X% the supply cost of everything
- reducing by X% the cost of supplies in shops

I'm fairly new at modding and I've only really modded xml stuff. So would someone tell me how you would approach that or if it is possible at all? Hopefully it is not hard coded...
