i still cant use the mod iv sat here for 2 hours failed fix ship_systems.csv im clueless on what to do

mod is not in working order iv tryed everything i could think on i keep getting a fatal. its ship_system.csv is missing

iv been gone for some time close to a year is the memory leak still a problem and if so why was it not fixed???. before adding more stuff. and what are plans to fix it nice game. but the memory problem made me no longer play

I don't know how to do the other stuff. I do have a 64 bit that much I know. How to make the game 64-bit is very confusing to me wish we had a video
