After experimenting with the drivers, I remembered that when I first bought the laptop, it was recommended to install the GPU drivers provided by the manufacturer (MSI, in my case). So, I went to their website, downloaded the appropriate drivers for my device, and that solved the problem.

Ultimately, the issue was on my end—I simply didn’t have the correct setup.

I followed your recommendation and used DDU to perform a clean installation of the drivers. However, the issue persists.

I’ve seen other similar threads on the forum regarding this issue, but I haven’t been able to resolve the problem by reading them. It doesn’t help that I’m not very tech-savvy when it comes to computers.

That said, my issue is that I can't get the application to run. I bought the game two years ago and was able to play it without any problems on this same system and OS, without needing any modifications or configurations. However, a couple of days ago, I decided to format my PC and reinstall Windows 10. At the same time, I updated my NVIDIA drivers. Since then, I’ve been experiencing this issue.

I noticed that some forum discussions about this specific problem mention setting the display to 32-bit mode. However, I haven't found this option in Windows 10 settings. Additionally, I’m not sure if this step is even necessary, as all the cases referencing this solution are related to Windows 7 and Windows XP.

Here are my system specifications:

OS: Windows 10 Pro N
CPU: Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60 GHz
RAM: 16 GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop
