However, I cannot enjoy it because it crashes on my machine.

Well, not that obsolete
The most valued part of this awesome document is not the game mechanics explanation, but the plot and story behind the game.
History of each faction, their principles, and goals explained are awesomely immersive.
There still seem to be a space to grow and discover =)
Loke those sci-fi books from the WH40K universe, this manual is a very important part of the lore and storyline of the game.
I was always missing this info, this "juice" and essence, in the main game.

Thanks to some modders, who spent their time developing new features and descriptions for the planets, stars, and factions, I've been spending hours reading about the specific planets and their history.
The universe is so huge, and diverse. We should have that joy of rediscovering the history of mankind's future.
And please leave some chances for ALIEN SPECIES to be found in the Starsector.

Once again, thank you for your dedicated and talented work. Please message me if you need help w this manual, I'll do my best to support you.

It's kinda hard to screen shot it, mainly because as soon as the window is dragged down, it snaps straight back up again.
I can show you a screen shot of how the UI is clipped, but would that be useful to you(I don't think that's what you're looking for though)?

you can do a screenshot by pressing the Cmmnd+Shift+3.
It will take a whole-screen capture and will put the image to your desktop (by default).

Have the same issue when unable to switch from SF to other windows.
It sort of lives its own life, apart from the system. I mean, when I quit the game, my macbook pro (2015, mac OS 10.12, 16 gb ram), I'm facing a lock screen, asking for my password, as if I'd left my computer idle for 5 min.

Hello there
Erick, thank you for that collection ) Its awesome
But I've got an issue -  my saves doesn't work.
I've downloaded from the first page of that thread, and activated all the modes at once.
I can start the game nice, in 1440 px resolution, and can do save, but when I'm trying to download the save, it gives me the error.
Please advice. thanks

Its  time that quantity of stuff you've put together started to evolve into some quality code.
The original vanilla game runs more than smoothly on my PC, while your mode activated drains my system completely.
I mean that it seems the time to put more effort into polishing gems of this great collection into a crown, not a pile of treasures.

I wonder how to use the Construction Rig, that appears in some mods and the main game.
How to use them?
Does they should be deployed in the battle to repair ships? Or its only for decreasing the combat readiness time when out of the battle?

Very interesting. And yes, it obviously got some IFed feel into them, or even the ISA from Ironclad. For the bugged long, thin ship syndrome, i expected it to be fixed with 0.6, apparently not. It shouldn't pose any problems for the ships except maybe the capitals one.

The sprites will need some more work however. Especially the fighters which are pretty plain. Shouldn't be a problem to add some more greeble to them or even searching for a sprite already done somewhere (just look for shoot'em'up sprites, they are hundreds of them that would perfectly fit.)

Ah, another observation. I think the weapons mounts on the Yamato are too close to each other and with weapons it will look weird. Haven't tried the mod yet so i could be wrong.

Put the Nomads instead of the Andeluvians. Nomads are nomads, and have no home or it is really far away.
Also try to consider the idea of a giant hive ship, home for the nomads. They tend to that size of a ship, considering their in-game capitals.
It would be cool if that monstrocity might even appear in the game, for some missions ordered by the nomads. =))

Antediluvians are also knowledge hungry travelers that came from far reaches of the galaxy, some lost human colony. - So they don't need any base, and the only way to grt their superior technology - turrets - is to fight their fleets. Their guns will become artifacts =))
