i think the player should be able to remove it via saturation bombing. sure it’s get rid of everything, but at least cause a extinction event that takes the planet decades to recover

I am imagining maybe 25 Colossus mk-2 or maybe other lower dp ships with hangar spamming fighters.might be enough to overcome anti-fighter defenses

imo if someone half an alpha core, they persumably would be able to design new ships and systems rather than breaking the code on existing blueprints ???

Nobody wants to pay for it probably. I imagine terraforming planets would be like real estate development, and there’s got to be people willing to foot the bill. i guess earth just doesn’t have any resources or have better locations already nearby, that it doesn’t make sense to develop it.

If you want to please everyone, including pathers and pirates, then grab a frigate tanker and do derelict scan missions.

You can boost your efficiency by setting up comm sniffers in systems with multiple factions, so you can get their missions remotely whenever you come into range of a comms array

But it would have a gameplay difference, in that solar mirror can’t be sabotaged if it’s on on the planetary trait? As well as for consistency, since the other planets that have solar mirror have thr trait, and allow the mirror to be sabotaged.

Has anyone tried massed Colossus MK-2 Spark fighter spam? I have yet to collect enough hull to try this, but with 8 DP a piece they would be 50% more efficient than Drover Spark spam from the previous patch

In the faction storybook, when I salvaged the drone battlecruiser using a story point(or possibly when I restored it), the story book said I "Bought" the battlecruiser.

Yeah intel screen seems redundant with the main TAB map. Maybe display intel on the main map with buttons lined on the right side to filter each type of of intel item?

In my head canon civilian ships are abbreviated, something like 1 represents 100+. Something like this was mentioned when economy simulation was first introduced.
But military ships are probably 1:1.
