I just recently decided to get into the modding community of this game and just haven't been able to make it work. I'm currently running version 0.95.1a-RC6 and seeing the attached error message in the log.

I'm trying to figure out how to troubleshoot the issue and still be able to play the game with the current mods. It looks like it's Nexerelin but that doesn't make sense to me since it's obviously such a popular mod that couldn't be the root cause. Currently using:
