Bug Reports & Support / DevMode Hyperspace Tunnels still there after disabling DevMode

After messing around with devmode my save now has tunnels through hyperspace that apply a constant direction to any ships that pass through them. This is also present in newly created saves. I am unable to use any devmode key combinations and the setting is set to false. Is this a different setting or is there some other way to disable this? If this requires a clean install of the game are all old saves considered lost or can they be transferred over?
