Ah ok, haven't played MOO2 so I wouldn't know.

Was a great game back then and can hold it'S own against some newer. MOO2 was so awesome, I whis MOO3 would never have happened :(

Well, I said "sometime in January" a while back, but the TB video threw the schedule in disarray. I've done little but emails and web server stuff in the last 4 days... never mind that time was running a bit tight to begin with. So I'll revise my estimate to "first half of February" for the 0.5a preview build.

Take your time. We will rage anyway, so let us rage and focus on a build, that you feel, is fitting for your game!

Mainly that it is a dedicated singleplayer game. But many other factor come to play:
- awesome team
- equally awesome community
- great communication
- that Starfarer is not IP remake #253762 with the same stuff!

And TB is at his best when he is annoyed. A WTF is ... ? without him showing emotions is pretty much a bad game. Thats why he is so loved b his fans after all  ;D

Sry Alex, i didn't intend to start a huge discussion.

After thinking about it the one thing that irritated them ost was more or less that when i first beat the mission i won just so ang got 60ish%. And then i beat the mission with close to zero losses and capturing everything and i get 44%?

I should have asked for a seperate scoring on missions (later, when you got time), so that missionscoring behaves more like players expect e.g. you rock the mission with few losses -> 100% (without 'farming' the reserves of your opponent).

Just hat a great run on 'The Last Hurrah' but only got 44%.

Can the calculation be changed to count ships in reserve as destroyed if you win a mission (just like yours are counted if you lose)?

SInce updating to .35a-pre2 the random generator alwayd assigns a Conquest-class as commandship. is this a bug or a feature?
