Play fleet admiral :)

Yeah, I'm always at the bars but they are just not showing anything new.

Mod was added to an existing savegame though, it wasn't there from the beginning, so I'm wondering what are the prerequisites for it to work.

Yeah this is one of the best for Vanilla+, been using it every game.

5
Very interesting, is there going to be a version with just the storyline quests but no modifications to gameplay?

Slim hope, but maybe?

6
Hmm, been flying around for some time, but haven't seen any new quest yet. Does it require completion of the main story first?

Using Lazylib 2.7b and Nexerelin 0.10.4d

7
Nice, thanks!

8
Does this work ok with the game in progress or needs a new game?

Looks like what i was looking for.

Zip:

P.S.:
I would also recommend more neutral color as the main UI color, because that bright yellow is a bit too much imo:
Something like this:

   "color":[100,65,2,255],
   "baseUIColor":[100,65,2,255],

P.P.S.:
After some playtesting, from the balance point of view, I would recommend setting the default reward scaling to 40% of current (make it new 100%).
This is because a relatively safe and steady deliveries job with career progression attached should not be more profitable in the long run than risky one-off opportunities where you have to make your own business and where nothing is guarranteed. Just doesn't fit the risk-reward balance of Starsector at current 100%, as it pays too well, and the new players will not know what setting to start with to make it feel right.

This is a lovely and sweet mod indeed, I would say probably a staple for content expansion, along with Nex and Industrial Evo.

However those logos really look like 70s design, if not 60s. How about we try make em more modern? :)

I took the liberty of playing with the backgrounds and modernizing them for the Domain era, if you like these, please include with the new versions of your mod.No need to credit me in any way, its all yours. Psd file also included if you want to play with it a bit more.

I've also included hullmod icons.

Great mod!  :D

But I think the comm relay check still needs to be implemented for realism. And it should be quite simple really:

There should be a check of active comm relay within range and if not:
Commodity and Market boards should simply be unavailable/non-functional until you reenter comm-relay range.

Suggest just putting a blank screen with 404 error message for those two  ;D
Also the remote-call button should be unavailable in contacts.

Contacts and storage can be left as current, as they are based on historic static information.

Great mod! Really appreciated.

Do you know why it might not be working for the Utic star system? Nepheria and Tenas both dont have any image and the Chibog Outpost has a base stock standard picture per vanilla.

Radiance + 2 Odysseys in the endgame, for extreme aggressive firepower, great shields and high mobility.

Actually with hightech and midline in my hands AI works pretty well, with some micromanagement of course and good ships.

I prefer a mix of Aggressive and Normal officer personalities, Normal for carriers and support and Aggressive for frontline.

Your really need to learn how to use guard position commands and distribute your ships tactically around the field and also how to spend your command points well, this is key.

It is tempting to just fly your flagship manually and let everyone do their jobs but truth is, this game is much more rewarding for the proper tactical management approach. Give your own ship to the AI and observe the battlefield instead, use your command points, that's my best advice.
