Title: A Sheild Emmiting Array! (for phase ships)

So 1 thing that lacks in a phase ship is sheilds, but of coarse you can't just put sheilds on a phase ship, so how about a ship system?

So I was thinking an fast (faster than frontal sheilds) sheild that is raised and has an "limited armor" before it dissipates, and it has a long recharge time. Or maybe a Max flux intake before it dissipates?

Hm seems like a good system idea. And certainly seems better for the doom than the Faster missile racks.

The doom could use something in lieu of fast missile racks, definitely, though I'm not sure this is it. I'm more partial to actually losing a system and having much better phase cloak upkeep.
