Title: mouse problem?

i recently upgraded my computer and i have noticed some thing odd in starfarer and the other games i play

when not running any games my mouse works fine but when i start any game it begins loosing precision it dosnt lag or anything it starts jumping short distances. if i keep moving its fin but from a stop to a short distance away it overcompansates

im noticing this on all other games as well

its a standard laser mouse

Um.
If its a problem thats occurring across multiple games, then perhaps you should consult friends or a technical service?
