Title: Frontal Shield Generator+Omni Shield Emitter; ship info shows "Frontal Shield"

It should show "Omni Shield" (in green text).

Also, a 2nd bug.

After making this change to a ship but before the refit is complete:

- The frontal shield mod is shown (as if Frontal Shield Generator IS active)
- The arc is 90 degrees (as if Omni Shield Emitter ISN'T active)

For it to be consistent with all other ship mods, the effects of the frontal shield generator mod shouldn't be shown until the refit is complete.

Thanks for the report - really glad that came up, as it exposed another bug (where hullmods would actually get applied in some case where they were still pending!). Fixed.
