Title: Colony Liberation issues

I play with nexelerin, and after liberating one of my colonies that was taken by another faction, the colony came under hegemony control. How can I get it back? I'm commissioned by the hegemony BTW.

Use the button to take the colony for yourself in the ground battle intel item (this can be done on any colony, but if it's not yours originally you'll take a reputation loss with commissioning faction).
