Title: Possible bug - fuel needed and in surplus at same time.

I don't think this needs explaining. Still, I will explain. Contact offers two missions - in one suggest that she doesn't have fuel and needs more while in another one she says opposite - that she has so much fuel that she wants to sell some. Gameplay-wise it is not a bug at all, but it kind of doesn't make sense? I guess... And should not happen I would assume. Anyway, not very important really. Still, I will post it as bug. Also, made me laught :D :D :D
