Title: unable to download the game

Hello! I got the game recently but when I tried to download for microsoft it redirects me to  page saying too many Err too many redirects. I already clear my cookies but it still happened. I tried downloading the mac version for funsies and that worked fine. Anyone has any idea as to what  I can do?

Hi - you're trying to download it here (http://fractalsoftworks.com/preorder/), right? I'd suggest temporarily disabling SmartScreen; that's been known to cause problems. If you have an anti-virus that screens downloads, I'd suggest temporarily turning that off, too.
