Title: New ship build without weapons , option?

Well, what in name. Can we have a ship not build with random weapons stick on them , or if we can do it , make it a option?

Took me a while to understand.  You want the custom production from your own colonies to build ships without having weapons put on them by default, correct?  At the moment the weapons are free, so there's no reason not to allow them.

But i dont want that, i want empty hull , not fully made ship, 99% with tragic loadout.

There's a strip button in the refit screen, takes half a second.
