Title: Mechanics for hard flux dissipation with shields up?
Post by: Blothorn on March 21, 2019, 12:58:41 PM
How does the math for this work? e.g. if I have 10% hardflux dissipation from the skill and 100 net/50 gross dissipation (i.e. spending 50 flux on weapons/system/incoming beams/etc.), at what rate will hard flux go down?

It'll dissipate X% of the flux it would have dissipated if shields were off. So in your example case, that would mean 10% of the 50 points of actual dissipation. (I think you've got "net" and "gross" switched around in there...)

We seem to have remarkably coincident tastes.  :)
