Title: How do I add new factions to an existing saved game?

So I was playing vanilla a lot. Then i got bored and installed Nexerilin, console commands, and a few faction mods (Black Rock, Imperial Something, etc), but I didn't want to start completely over with a new game

The Nexerilin content seems to be working fine. I was able to transfer my save and it's a lot of fun. But the new factions I installed aren't showing up anywhere. Do I need Dynasector or some other solution? (Dynasector says not working for the current build, so I hope not).

Adding faction mods to an existing save game generally won't work without using save transfer, though I think most other mods will.
