Title: help, I ordered but no key!

To whom it may concern,

I ordered using PayPal on the website for pre-order of this game starfarer. It sent my order to something called "BMT Micro." After the order completed, I thought I would get a registration code. I did not receive one, and when I boot up the game, it wants me to type some code. If you would, please send me a code. Thank you.

These keys seem to take a while. Mine took 6 hours.

Hi - yes, it can take a few hours sometimes for the payment to be processed and the key to be sent out.

Please accept my apologies for the delay. I'd send you your key via email but at this point I don't know what it's going to be.
