Title: Graphics problem please help

(http://imgur.com/a/YxHVu) I have no idea what is going on but if anyone could give me a hint on how to fix this, it'd be much appreciated. Does this have to do with not setting shaderlib correctly or having too many mods?

Go to the GraphicsLib mod folder and open the GRAPHICS_OPTIONS.ini and set "enableShaders" to false.
