Hey,
First off, I'm only using one mod, Ironclads, and I really don't think thats causing my problem. Like it says I'm just flying about minding my own business, but sometimes a fleet from a friendly faction will encounter my fleet repeatedly (and won't leave) causing the dialog to open every time, but they don't want anything from me. Sometimes they follow me into hyperspace as well. After I either outrun them or for another unknown reason they leave by themselves.
Anyone else encounter this or find out how to get rid of it?

Hmm. Not entirely convinced this isn't mod-related, especially as Ironclads is a total conversion. Might want to ask in that thread, if you haven't already; let me move this thread to the modding support forum for now as well. Haven't had any reports of this in vanilla so far.

Also, are you using the latest SS version? Because ironclads ain't updated for .7.2
