- NPCs will now provide hints to what gifts they like.
- Readded maneuverability of Antimatter Micro Missiles.
- Buffed Antimatter Thrower damage on-hit effect, now has a 25% chance to do 500 Fragmentation on hit. Effect will also trigger on shields.
- Buffed the Kobalos to have extra hull (2500 now) and more flux (2000 flux capacity and 250 flux dissipation) and speed (95 max speed).
- Buffed the Hydria HA-1500 to 4500 hull, up from 4000 hull.
- Buffed Antimatter Engine, lowering the negatives, and increasing the positives.
- Nerfed the Bia BA-150 to 150 armor, down from 300 hull. Nerfed shield arc to 120, down from 200.
- Changed Bento BO-150's stats, increasing hull but decreasing speed.
- Renamed "Hard Work and Honest Labor" admin skill to "Company Work Ethic".
- Changed up the unique skills for Yunifer and Ruka, giving each a unique skill still based on the Iapetus-class of ships. Also changed their other skills to not be copies of each other.

- Fixed Velmarie's data turn in accepting more than just survey data. Thanks Mayu and President Matt Damon!
- Changed Dunn accepting ore, now he does it through a menu turn in.

But I do gotta say, I have to thank GMan from the Discord server for really helping me out to assemble these. Really good on them! But is this all the ships? Maybe. Though I do hopefully will have at least one more ship added to this group before I plan on releasing v1.5.

Unfortunately this mod overrides the regular Diktat. Consider it Andrada deciding to try out this whole "Banana Republic" thing out instead of just a regular Military Dictatorship.

I just wanted to say that I absolutely adore this mod. The Diktat has always been the neglected child of Starsector, lacking charm, identity and any kind of presence in the universe, as the devs never seemed quite sure how to push this whole "banana republic" angle. Which is where this mod comes into the picture.

Even with all its wackiness and memes, Sindrian Fuel has more personality than the Diktat ever had, and is of such high quality that I have no problems using it in an otherwise serious playthrough. It also helps that aside from the insanity of using tankers as combat ships, the faction doesn't actually feels that out-of-place in this universe. When it comes down to it, aside from their general goofiness and their weird obsession with antimatter fuel, Andrada and his gang are not that different from Tri-Tachyon. They also don't seem to like playing god quite as much (at least until they decide to strap thrusters on Sindria itself and take the entire planet for a ride).

At the moment the list I have that brings up different other mods count as mods with captured planet descriptions.

I should make a dedicated list for sure, though.

But beyond captured descriptions, the following have extra crossmod stuff.
Diktat Enhancement more or less has big changes, complete with altered descriptions, and PAGSM adds a Unique NPC in Andor. This will definitely add more as well.
Secrets of the Frontier also have cross mod interactions with Sindria's unique npcs and Sierra and a certain asteroid in Stone River.
United Auroran Federation allows for keycards to be turned into an npc on Sindria and you can gift different UAF foods to different npcs on Sindria.
Hazard Mining Incorporated and Interstellar Imperium also have certain items that can be gifted to npcs.

Legit Sidrian behavior.

Took over Garnir in Corvus, became fuel magnate.

Diktat fleet saturated Garnir because I took their lion's share of the fuel market.

Needs more musical tracks, especially songs from Spyro Gyra, tropical and beach songs, Askonia feels like a paradise NOW, Pamed got nothing on Sidria, pairs nicely with the dik enhancement mod just thought I'd pitch in and add that the Scrapyard Armories Mod adds a very special lobster battleship that breeds volturn crabs using food, I'd like also to announce that you can use the Capture Officers and Crew mod and butcher captured crew into food and organs, food that the volturn lobsters will consume and multiply.

You could also use nijigen extended mod to turn any ship into a glorified volturn lobster breeder, in fact if you already use that mod you spawn with the hullmods when choosing Sidrian start at NEX.

DO YOU FEEL LIKE THE CRAB FEEDER (volturn feeder in this case) YET?

Hello dear modder, i think that Notos NS-15000's built ins, Twin-Pulse Lasers should be tweaked a bit, they seem to do large amout of damage for point defence weapon +they do lot of flux.
I personaly think that Twin pulse lasers should eather be boosted and turned into built in offece weapons, or nerft a bit and decrese theyr flux cost
(thats just my oppinion, you probably have much better ideas)

After defeating the Grand fleet, I didn't get the prisoner to talk to her. Is there a console command for this? (I have Take No Prisoners)

LE: Started a new game, fought the Grand Fleet right at the start, killed a few ships and retreated. Got the officer, even though I didn't destroy her flagship.

Finally managed to get Yunifer in my fleet so I'm happy. I mean if you worked semi whole life to pilot a massive ship. Loving the mod now can't wait till we get to meet the Man the Legend the God the Magnanimous the Excellent the Glorious and Auspicious Chief Supreme Chief Overlord President Executive Gas Station Manager Andrada in the gala event.  8)

Also for people who ship fuel I'm seeing a very lack of flamethrowers use that fuel to burn enemies 10% brighter.

I just completed a Nexerelin game with this mod, and I created a forum account just to give my compliments. This mod is simply fantastic, and is easily one of my new favorites and I'll be putting it in every game I play from this point forward. The ships, characters,  music, it all just adds so much life to a pretty boring part of the sector.

I do have one small suggestion pertaining to cross mod compatibility with Nexerelin. I think the player's faction being in an alliance with the SFC should allow the player to work for Balashi, even if they are not currently commissioned. I think it's a good addition given the increased impact of commissions during a Nexerelin campaign, and Military markets already function in this manner.

Seriously though, easily one of the best mods out there. May every system in the sector soon be blessed with its own Sindrian Fuel franchise.

Can someone give me a hint please? I can't find Yunifer, even as an NPC. I maxed out relationship with her Kween, her boss, got the ship, but I can't find Yunifer. The mod overview on YT says that she even contacts you about the ship, but this never happened to me.

It could also be a mod conflict, I already have some - substance abuse doesn't want to work as intended for some reason...

Scratch that. Found her! :)

Now... there is another thing. I have "no prisoners " mod and I actually managed to capture Ruka. Tried to raise rep with her, but seemingly got stuck. Whenever I get to 24 rep her dialogue window changes. It's empty, with only one option left - "1. Leave".

Oh don't worry, v1.11.1 should be perfectly compatible with v1.11. In fact it should fix your issue so you don't need to start a new save. It's only when I move up the middle number up is when save compatibility issues should be a concern.

None of the contacts seem to actually offer me any option to take up jobs with them - just chat, and (most of them) offer gifts, ask their opinions or give them compliments.

Just keep increasing your relationship with them to unlock. For Spender Balashi, you have to be commissioned with the SFC to be able to interact with him. For Karlos Pononzi, increase your relationship with the Hegemony. There's also a list of mods on the front page you can install for extras  8)

I love this mod, having a ton of fun with it, but wanted to report a bug.

The recoil improvement from building in turret accelerators isn't working.

Steps to recreate:

Install "armored weapon mounts" (vanilla) on a ship, use TMI to observe that weapons' max spread goes down
Install "stiff weapon mounts" (MHM), observe the same
build in "turret accelerators", no change in max spread

Something's a bit odd with my Iapetus - the AI doesn't seem to understand that it's a broadside ship, so it tries to face the enemy directly (exposing its three Hurricane launchers, which don't need to face the enemy to be effective), leaving its two Mjolnirs and HIL underutilized, especially given its ship system, and giving the side with only a Paladin unnecessary exposure.

Does my build just break the AI (is the issue on the game's end), or are other people noticing the same thing with the Iapetus?



Is there any special conditions to meet Kween now? I have commission, max rep with SFC, and Manfred, still no Kween.

IIRC she shows up after you complete the new vanilla questline.

You forgot to adjust the tooltip values. And you reduced the Zero Flux speed boost value to 37.5 since it's also tied to the constant used for the maximum flux value to enable it.

Actually, I took a look at `rules.csv` and I think this is currently broken.

The new rules check for the option rukacaptured1 or something, when they should instead check for rukadefeated1 and rukadefeated2. You'd need to modify the file to fix that. Then once you do, destroy her fleet and talk to Kween.

I'm in the same predicament as well, how do I unbroken Yunifer? My only option right now it to Thanos Snap Sindria.

I really want to get into this mod, but man the lack of kinetic firepower and *** point defense really makes larger battles a strugglefest. It feels like Sindrian ships are good at a lot of things, but the things they are bad at are crippling. There are some enemies (particularly IX Battlegroup, but really anything with powerful shields and/or mass fighter spam) that Sindrians just cant deal with if I am going for a purist run.

Given the sheer amount of crossmod interactions I don't think pure SFC balance is a design goal but getting high rep with the Sindrian contacts will really help with that.

Oh yea, the Antimatter Injectors are awesome, particuarly when S-Modded along with Auxillary Thrusters (0-flux boost go ZOOOOM!) I had some success expanding the "Purist" rules to include allies and using the Interstellar Imperium's very good PD and Missile weapons. Dont get me wrong, I love a lot of the stuff in this mod, the Antimatter Beam is one of my favorite HE weapons to use, the Qween upgrades making your ships really fast, the never having to worry about fuel capacity... Its just that when getting into big wars and huge fleet battles the Sindrian ships just seem to get overrun by swarms and more consistent long-range fire. I wonder if officer temprament might be an issue, I suspect Sindrian ships might need aggressive A.I to be effective (Reckless for the goofy ram-brick battlecruiser of course).

Having a bit of trouble with the Usurper mission on 1.14.1, basically the raid to capture the the double agent appears to work and says he is bagged, but the mission does not progress and the raid objective remains.

Edit: Ran the raid a bunch more times and lost a lot of Marines, eventually it registered.

Hi, love this mod and really enjoy it's content.

Having a problem where I tried to pay off the Sindrian fuel company to not sat bomb me for half my fuel profits. We had a nice lovely chat and an agreement was made, but they still sat bombed me a month later.

The fleets had not been sent off yet and my crisis bar was at around 500-540 when I talked to them.

Colony crisis progress is no longer ticking up, but my world is cooked.

Not sure what I did wrong, but I'm definitely sending profits there way despite them doing the one thing I bribed them not to do.

Any advice on what I could have done wrong, is it a vanilla issue, or something else?

Hi, I'm having a problem where whenever this mod is enabled, I cannot use non vanilla portraits outside of the ones this mod adds.  This seems to only apply to the player faction. 

Upon further inspection, it's not just this one.  It seems my player.faction file is not compiling between multiple mods.  Whichever one is the first to load seems to be first in the load order seems to be overruling all the others.  But I cannot even put the files in the base game folders to fix it.

The ships are still in the game, from what I've seen dikdat only uses the fuel ships in its fleet but lions guard appears to still use other ships, I haven't gotten much playtime with the mod so I'm not 100% on that though if there's maybe fleet types that still field regular ships. You should still be able to find blueprints for the ships but I don't know how to check if the mod actually removes you being able to get them, have to see if the mod author responds to you.

For portraits the way the game loads mods whichever mod loads last is the one that gets applied if two mods change the same thing. You can find this mods character graphics in C:\Program Files (x86)\Fractal Softworks\Starsector\mods\PAGSM v1.14.1\graphics\portraits (replacing my file path with where you have the game installed) those are what would be overwriting vanilla portraits because they share the same name as the vanilla files. The mods name in the files starts with P which is pretty low in terms of load order so changing the mod pack you've downloaded to start with a z would make it load last and it Should then overwrite this mods portraits. If that doesn't work I'm not sure, removing the random npc portraits is easy enough to go into C:\Program Files (x86)\Fractal Softworks\Starsector\mods\PAGSM v1.14.1\data\world\factions open the dikdat file and remove the portraits section, but the characters I don't know where their data is stored and if a file references the graphics and you remove them the game will crash. Sorry I couldn't be more help I just saw you hadn't been answered yet so I thought I'd answer what I could.

I've been going to Sindria for days now and spent 14,000 credits on weapons and still haven't received my complementary lobsters I personally don't like lies so i rate this planet a 1 star experience though the fuel is still grade A quality.

Hello, I'm trying to recruit Ruka by using take no prisonner, but since I installed TNP mid game it doesnt work. Can i recruit her another way ? I tried speaking to Kween after defeating her fleet but there was no dialog options

The dialog bugs out if you talk to Kween after defeating Ruka. I'm not using Take no prisoners.

As a heads up, Take No Prisoner should be installed at the start of a new game. Installing in the middle of a save will lead to things breaking.

Got a bug where I'm intercepted by the Lion's Guard and I have no options to talk to them. No option to leave, run, fight, anything. I'm forced to exit the game to get out.
