Very likely I'll be pushing out an update as fast possible to bring the SRA up to date and, if I haven't pushed a dev update yet, including the upstream content I'm currently working on.

I have a theory, that the celestial bodies of gaming, will all align this november,  which is why all the games in the universe are releasing right then, my theory includes that the SS .70 update will launch in that window, which means i'll have to divide my time between, fallout 4, starcraft 2 LOTV, SS .70, and then half a week later battlefront 3.

In otherwords, the first thing i'm going to do? lose my social life.

I want that hyperspace fortress / factory back so bad. Hunting rare blueprints, setting up your faction and getting the assembly lines rolling was the perfect endgame fun.

Theoretically I've done enough work on the next SS+ that I could push a same-day release, but instead I will probably blitz through the various bugs it's bound to have (after lazylib updates anyway), then sit back and try the campaign vanilla for a while.

Wait 'til all the mods update, but mostly because I need to finish my courses!  Then I'll try starting out a tiny fleet and eventually founding my own faction, with the added peril of fog of war on the campaign layer and scary multi-fleet battles.

Personally, I expect to be fixing bugs all day, and possibly putting out a hotfix. But hopefully not.

(In between doing the "hitting refresh on the forum all day" thing, which is good clean fun.)

I can already see the headlines. "Thunders are too scared to fire their missiles!" "My aggressive officer only uses his Medusa as a battering ram!" "Passenger liner fleets are OP!" "Reapers are giving me seizures!" "Little Timmy is lost in a nebula and would like to be picked up!" ..and many many more.
