Every 10 minutes the game freezes (mouse still works).  This is so consistent I can predict it now to within a few seconds.  I find this irritating, but at least I know when to save so that I can restart and play again for another 10 minutes.

Hi - sorry about the trouble. Can you tell me your OS and computer specs?

Are your video drivers up to date? Have you rebooted since installing the game? Do you have an antivirus running? (not sure if either is the cause, but clearly something is going wrong here...)

I am running a laptop with windows 7 (64 bit), 4 GB ram, 2.53 GHz dual core i5 CPU, a NVidia 310M video card.  All my drivers are up to date.  I turned off AVG for the installation and have not turned it on since.  I will try another reboot, but not sure if it will fix it.  I love this game and find that the 10 minute play time is actually more than worth it.  I really appreciate the fast response, and look forward to finding a solution so I can enjoy this game even more.

After reboot, I still find it freezing at 10 minutes.
