How do you get the Dort ship as I haven't seen it in the campaign or in missions?

Ignore this it finally turned up in a convoy

the mod hasn't been updated in months, I'd suggest you give starfare plus a shot, I'm currently (slowly) adding and rebalancing these ships into it.
