Is there a way to modify the base logistic?

I'm loiking for a way to modify the base logistic without starting a new game and will modding the base logistic will allow the AI to have massive fleet too?

Don't know if it works on past saves.

This will not change AI fleet size.  There is no way to change the size of AI fleets.  Even adding such an option into SS+ would be a significant undertaking.

Yea doesn't work on save. Must be a new game for it to take effect.

Look at in the data/config folder and a file called settings.json

Moding it using Notepad+ is recommended
