Let unused Convert button in refit screen change skins.

For example, I want to strip that ugly Hegemony orange paint job off of a new Wolf I just purchased at Jangala for the original shiny blue; or the reverse, paint my starter Wolf with a new Hegemony paint job.

Eh...that would mean you could actually use the (D)-type skins and change them to actually usable ships, unless that's somehow prohibited.  Although the idea itself is cool - I rather like the Hegemony skins myself. :)

For now, just asking for changing skins where the only difference is a color swap.  Later, maybe more changes like fixing (D) ships or converting Tarsus to Condor for a price.
