Faction-related question.

Is it possible to completely remove some factions from relationship screen? Ironclads got some aliens, ai and rock flies that are not supposed to be present in the mod as individual factions.

Yep, there are some new flags you can use in the .faction files, among which:
Code
id:"rebel",
...
"displayNameWithArticle":"Rebel",
        "showInIntelTab":false,
         ...
