You dont have a collision radius, and you don't have any ship bounds, i suspect you don't have any shield radius either, that's why it's acting like that, did you use some old rotten tool of some browser somewhere or did you use the legendary Trylobot's ship editor to make it?

I used trylobot's and may have done some wierd stuff to it.
