Game stops working after increasing allocated memory
« on: October 20, 2013, 01:45:24 PM »

Playing ironclads, and due to the amount of stuff hes got in there, the saves corrupt themselves after ~10 minutes, so, i doubled my allocated memory, which got me enough time to reach lvl 10, then the save corrupted again. now i've quadrupled my allocated memory (2048-2048) and the launcher won't even start anymore. it seems going over Xms1024m -Xmx1024m breaks the game, it works if i put it back down, but now i can't play ironclads. D=

Halp meh :'(

Take a look here:

If you want to use that much memory, you'll need to replace the JVM that comes with the game with a 64-bit version, basically. But if there's a memory leak in Ironclads (I don't know whether there is or not), that'd only help temporarily.
