Codex faction entries

Basically just that. I know Alex said he intends to give the Codex a facelift in the future, but it would be really cool to be able to put some faction blurbs in there. Plus, who the hell are the Sindrian Diktat really?

They're some guys, they do stuff. I'll just mention here that I think they should properly be called "The Diktat" rather than "Sindrians" due to ... backstory which you'll find out later. :D

I would like this suggestion, but maybe not too much info. Gotta discover things as well imo.

I'd love this! Overall faction goals, like the specific ideology of the cult of Ludd, would be great to read in the codex.
