Simple request (hopefully).

When a battle ends, auto-battle or player battle, one presumes (?) that each ship in the defeated Fleet's contents are scanned, dice are rolled and the loot is determined.

Would be nice to have:

A.  A callback that allows mod code to see those CargoAPI objects when they're created.
B.  Methods to change the content of the Loot when exiting a battle but before the Loot UI gets called.

Basically, just exposing Stuff that's probably already built.

Amongst other things, that would mean that "loose cargo" in Fleets would be able to be looted properly, etc.
