Starbound, sci-fi indie sandbox adventure.
« on: December 13, 2012, 03:32:49 PM »

I have been watching a game called Starbound for a long time. It is a 2D sidescrolling sandbox adventure game by the developer of Terraria. the player has a  space station, and  spaceship (both of which are customizable),  for traversing the galaxy, and beaming down to planets. The game will also feature randomly generated guns and melee weapons and randomly generated planets. And the feature I'm most excited for is the randomly generated creatures that inhabit planets, and the fact that you can take creatures back to your space station, and examine them or train them. The game has no official release date as of yet, but is rumored to be out this month or late January. ;D http://playstarbound.com/
