I played the demo a couple weeks ago. It's not bad. It's more akin to their other games, but with space ships, than it is to Diablo with spaceships. That being said, their other games are definitely heavily inspired by Diablo.

If you enjoy procedurally generated games with a bit of politicking and killing lots of things to acquire better loot and upgrading your character, you might be interested in Drox Operative. From what I've played of it, this feels like their best game yet, but I never really got hooked by their other games.
