Procedural is not so bad, as long as it has hand made content mixed in. Say exsample, in between your travels through hand made systems, you can pit-stop at randomly generated systems along the way, and like minecraft, once generated, stays in your save game.

If we are worrying about limits to calculations for markets or what ever, is possible to say there are x amount of systems, and once you reach that cap generated, no more will pop up.

There are always ways  :P

No way is it a scam considering all the dev works

True, I guess with all the betas out it's definitely delivered something. Still, hopefully not another Towns.

hes not running, hes there working, hes just an massive idiot and he knows it, putting semi working features ahead of updating to unity 5 is going to do nothing but cause him huge problems but NOPE, lets put in more features and give himself even more work to do down the line.

Why Unity 5? He's using his own custom engine.

No, he susing Unity alright, but he refuses to update because that would take time away from putting features in O.o.

If you look at the FAQ for Limit Theory, you will see that he is using a custom engine.

Oh, DURP, thinking about a different game entirely (had a discussion yesterday about a whole bunch of games, guess i mixed them up a bit), anyway, very much doubt josh would "run away"

It's good to hear he's still alive though, I'm really looking forward to Limit Theory so I can finally replace Freelancer with something that runs natively on Linux.

Shame I found out this game too late... Missed chance to be an alpha participant. Really shame...

Well, So many people on their forums are remaining hopeful. But, I'll be honest, any dev that doesn't talk to their community for more than 2 months has abandoned the game. It's terrible for publicity if he hasn't abandoned the game.
