Okay so i know how i can increase my maximum fleet size, its currently at max 100 but by going into save's you can increase it to whatever number (maxfleetpoints>100.0)

How do i increase how many ships i can deploy when i get into bigger battles? as for now i got 60 deployment points.

There's a "battleSize" setting in data/config/settings.json that determines that starting total fleet points in a battle. It's set to 100 by default, and you can't get more than 60% of that value to start. So, if you're getting 60, that means you outnumber the other fleet significantly and it only gets 40 points to start with.
