Hidden Hull Mods

I'd like Hull Mods that can't be picked from the UI, so that we can give ships hidden bonuses that can't be put onto other ships.

I tend to err on the side of hidden things being a bad idea in games with a lot of crunchy number work involved. If you're looking for stats and calculations, but there's some unforeseen factor screwing you up all the time, that gets annoying.

In the lore? I don't think anything "in the lore" can stop missing numbers screwing up your precision calculations. If there's a decent IC explanation for the missing numbers, that is of exactly no help to me when I'm refitting my medusa.
