Looking for SFX audio guy

Want to make something awesome!? :o

I'm looking for a mature team member with experience in sound design to help build complex animated ship weapons.  

Sequences will be 4-6 seconds (80-120 frames) and may contain sounds such as:
-Pneumatic pistons
-Servo motors
-Heavy lock & loading
-Charging
-Blasts

I'm guessing it probably is in the right board, if my guess is correct in that the sound guy will be doing sounds for a certain mod

Well, if you want weapons, I'm here.  Not audio, though, nothing on that in me.
But is this even for SF?  If it isn't, you're int the wrong board, and what game could this possibly be for?

Yes, this is for Starfarer, if that needed to be clarified.  It won't necessarily be for IFed, more of a fun test to see how far animated sprites can be pushed with a small team of experienced people.  If things work out well, there's always the possibility of doing more.

Right now I'm just looking for a sound designer.

I'm interested. I used to work as a voiceactor for several projects. Including

I can also make sound clips for weapons, engines, etc.


I'll PM you a few samples in about 12 hours from now.

Sadly I'm more of a coding kinda guy, but I'm actually very interested in seeing what can come of this. You've made some of the best animated sprites I've ever bloody seen on this board.
