If you don't know either then guessing is irrelevant.

I don't understand the question all that much anyway, a choob is a high level person in a game talking smack to lower level people because they can get away with it without fear of retaliation and due to anonymity.
So if I had to guess it would be the prince? His higher social status a synonymy for high level?

Unless the prince and the window breaker are references for games.
