You could send a YT-PM/email to Charlie Parra (http://www.youtube.com/user/charlieparradelriego) and/or Blake Robinson (http://www.youtube.com/user/dummeh) and ask if you can use some of their tracks in your mod.

They both make awesome music, and it's very likey that they'd let you use some of it (at least the ones that are free anyway) it in your non-profit mod (because free advertising).
