OK, one quick question:
is it possible to extend how far a system is?  Like could we make the system bigger than it is now?  If we can, we could, in theory, make tons of different systems in one map.  Though it'd take up a crapload of coding and mempry space. ;D

@TheSoldier. Yeah, you're free hands on weapons making. Just make Sure they'll look nice and be pretty balanced not op. Though don't balance them too much towards vanilla. This will be a huge mod ;)

I had an idea for a giant "laser sniper" if anyone wants to try and fit that into a custom ship? The Sniper class variant or something
It pretty much would take a long while to charge up with a massive range and high speed to ensure accuracy, it would be devastating but easy to cripple

@TheSoldier well, you can't extend the grid,but in theory, you could put a planet pretty far away with It's own star. Interesting ideas, ill se what i can do with coding magic :)

An extremely corrupt former Corporation, which fell, but the leadership wasn't okay with that, and still clings to an isolated harvesting complex deep inside a massive gas giant. They have a massive navy, which formerly belonged to the Corporation, and was split apart upon the collapse. They mostly use midline ships with advanced armor and weapons systems, but horrible at flux efficiency and venting, because they are barely able to keep maintaining the complex generators, weapons and shield systems the midline ships have.
