Quite a good read, I must say. If any criticism is needed, I'd suggest possibly have more descriptiveness in surroundings and such. Though I tend to put an excessive amount of description in things when I write things.

Saying that, keep up the awesome work, in lore and in the mod :)

You did say that she made a bad deal with the tri tachs and the hegemony but according to the ''ingame lore'' hegemony and the mercenary/independent kinda friends?

There is, however, a difference between independents/mercenaries and independent captains. The AI faction is the former, the player is the latter. I'm assuming for the sake of the story, that Liz is also the latter

Continuation of the story follows from here on:

"Sir, we've captured the paragon, but a few medusas ran off. Boarding teams alpha through delta are reporting all contacts decimated." An officer behind one of the control screens stated.
"Any escape pods?" The admiral asked. He was younger than most of the admirals, and still very deadly. It was his strategies that brought them to this part of the system, and he knew it. He was not so battleworn, but was wearing the standard sidearm and uniform required by all active officers.
"None sir - they where either picked up by the fleeing ships or by ours."
"Good, good." He stated, but not changing his expression.
"Also sir, there seems to be an independent group onboard the ship. Atleast one of them is still running."
"Hmmm. Isin't worth our attention. Keep focusing on the power cores from the paragon. We'll need those for the production plants."
"Ofcourse, sir."
Meanwhile, onboard the paragon, liz was still trapped in the flux vents.
Damn, there are soldiers all over the damn ship She thought, silently.
She was inside one of the flux vents onboard the paragon. She was able to watch every soldier from them without them ever noticing her.
But she had also noticed that they took her crew aboard the heavy cruiser TCN Pantheon.
she had to save them from the clutches of the TimCORP, but how would they escape then? The battlegroup was just right outside if they tried to escape with a shuttle.
But then she remembered that they where inside Corvus XI gravity well. All it would need was just a small nudge towards the planet to cause a ship to crash onto the surface of it.
And she was after all onboard a paragon-class battleship.
She decided to go to the bridge, though it would require her to take the elevators. And her leg was still bleeding, though not heavily as she had used a first-aid to stop the bleeding a bit.
She jumped out of the vent when it was all-clear, and went straight for the elevators. But suddently, she heard footsteps and radio noise. She looked quickly around, but she didn't have much of a choice to flee! Where she was at currently was a sealed off corridor with no chance to escape. She quickly went back, but then she heard chatter coming from that part of the corridor aswell.
Damn, i'm locked in She thought.
But then she noticed that the ceiling had a small venting system inplace, nodoubt for air. Though it was too small for her to fit in, she could grasp it with her hands and hang from it.
She had been in the hegemony military before this trek, and she was quite young, so doing this would prove to be no real problem. She hang from the ceiling while both patrols passed below her completley unaware of her presence there.
The elevator ride up to the bridge proves to be no problem, but she surprised when she found out that the bridge was left unguarded. She took the controls of the paragon into the captains screen, and began to drive it.

Meanwhile, onboard the heavy cruiser.
"Ehm, sir. The paragon appears to be moving in our direction." The second in command stated, now starting to get worried.
"Don't be ridiculous, there's nobody onboard it execpt for TimCORP personnel, and that independent which could prove no harm."
"It is moving quite fast in our direction now, and if it pushes us too far into the gravity well, we'll crash!"
Corvus XI was known for it's extremly strong gravity well, which could bring down any spaceship.
"Evasive maneuvers, now!!" The admiral ordered, now worried because of that lumping ship approaching them at flank speed.
"We won't make it sir!"
"Order the battlegroup to cause a flameout on it's engines, now!!"

Very well then, time to leave this wreck She thought, as she took to escape in one of the shuttles. She would be forced to rescue her crew, but that was an another task which was much easier now.

As the battlegroup commenced full fire on the paragons engines, they where completley oblivious to a small shuttle leaving it.
The paragon slammed at flank speed into the engine systems of the heavy cruiser, severloy damaging the engines.
To be continued...... ;)

Feddback is as always appreciated. Lot's of goodies are to come ;)

Hmm...I like it!  Although it's not so common you find a Paragon without it's admiral at the helm, but nevertheless, a good story.  I can see how you can hang from the ceiling, but it's not like your gonna be invisible. :D

Alright, new piece out here ;):

"This is battlegroup delta, cores have been seized and prisoners taken. Returning home to base, over."
"Roger that, battlegroup delta. Welcome back to battlestation Arnious. Had any troubles on the way?"
"Aye, we've had troubles. The heavy cruiser "TCN Deltacom" Has had it's engine assembly rammed by a paragon. It's on tow here, over."
"Roger that, admiral. Proceed to docking bay D18, over."
"Copy that, command."  Leo was unpleased with the mission results. He had hoped to bring the entire paragon back home, but since that damn independent had crashed his plan, he had to statisfy himself with the powercores only.
"We're approaching docking-bay D18, sir."
"Roger that, helmsman. Bring her in for repairs."
"Aye, sir." The helmsman responded. He effortlessley piloted the heavy cruiser "TCN Antonia" into docking-bay D18. It was clear from the first sight that he was very experienced with his job.

Good god, that station is a monster She thought while she carefully piloted her little shuttle out of sensor range. It was true, the station was the largest station in this sector. It was armed with enough weaponry to take on three full Hegemony SDFs at a time. And as if that wasen't enough, it could dock battleships-class ships in it's enoromous hangars.
But her crew was held prisoners onboard that station. And she had to save them.

While the ship was in for drydock reparirs, an young station offical approached him.

"Admiral, the chief-in-command wishes to see you onboard the station bridge."  He told him.
"Tell him i'll be there soon." He took the short tramway ride to bridge and, before entering, always corrected the uniform.
The doors opened, but not in the conventional fashion, no. They opend by sliding up into the roof of the doors, which was quite a nifty feature.
The bridge itself was the largest of the TimCORP battlestations. It was approximatley 100 meters across, and was filled with holo-screen terminals. At the center of the bridge, near the main viewport, stood the commanders holo-screen, and chair, which was coated in syntax-leather, the finest material that existed.
"Admiral, thank you for coming so soon." A man stood up from the chair and approached the admiral, presumably to shake hands with him.
He was not much taller than Leo, only a few inches taller, but he presented an attitude which was common amongst TimCORP commanders.
"My pleasure." He shook hands with him, and he had a steadfast handshake.
"As you may know, there has been reports of several fleets that have been destroyed in this very system. By an fleet much smaller than theirs. This included the loss of Fleet Admiral Andreios, which was highly unpleaseant."
That was true, and he knew it from the battlereports.
All that they stated was that their battlefleets had gotten decimated by a much smaller fleet, often usually in scouting size.
"But sir, we've encountered such a fleet - and destroyed it!"
"Anyway, the fleet commander was indentified as a certain Elizabeth Taylor. Her records show that she had been in the hegemony military for some years before she decided to go solo. She was highly respectable, but she decided to go alone for unkown reasons. Glory, perhaps, but we can't say for sure."
"But sir.... we nearly caught her."
"And? What happend?"
"Well.... She shot one of the officers, and then escaped the paragon. We have no idea where she's now, but wh have her crew in custody, sir."
"Exellent. Execute them immediately." He said, coldly, without any expression. As it was expected from a high-ranking TimCORP officer.
"Sir?"
"Or no, wait. Transport them to a prison planet, where they can support us with labor."
"Right. And what about her?"
"She'll come to us. It's just a matter of time. Your dismissed form the bridge, admiral."
"Yes sir." He walked out with a pleased smile on his face.

Damn, what was i thinking? She thought silently. She had somehow made it into the largest TimCORP station in the sector without getting noticed. And now she had no clue as to where to go.
She was in transit-bay 05, one of the major transportation bays in the station. Pepole where transported in dozens of thousands every hour here. But then she caught a glimpse of something. A TimCORP patrol, with prisoners, nothing uncommon, if it wheren't for the man who she saw first. Her second in command.
She quickly made up a plan and took out here trusty plasma rifle, which she had stolen.
And jumped in one of the sidewalks on the station. She reconed the area, and noticed that there where about 6 soldeirs and two officers in the area.
And then she noticed something even worse. Her face was all over the newsfeeds. She was classed as a high-risk criminal who must be stopped at any cost nessecary.
Suddenly one of the officers in that group caught a glimpse of her face, even though she had a robe on. He instantly recognised her, and who could blame him? It was him she had shot during the boarding action in the paragon.
"You there, stop!" He yelled. The soldiers immidiately started running in her direction, at which point she took her plasma rifle up and shot one of them in the stomach. Unfortunately, eh didn't even flinch, as that personal shield of theirs is quite effective. She took to run into one of the corridoors of the main hallways, which was quite big, and found an open vent. Not large, she once again coulden't o much but hang from the ceiling.
Oh boy, is this getting repetetive. She thought.
Meanwhile, at the chief-in-commands office...
"They've found her??"
"Yes sir, she is in transportation hub 05."
"Send more units. Now!! Tell them to open fire on sight."
"Yes sir, at once sir."

She hung 5 meters from the ground while the patrols passed beneath her. She coulden't even breath, becuase if she did, they surley would find her.
When the last patrol had passed, she jumped down and started running towards the transporatation hub.
But unknown to her, the CEO of the TImCORP was about to make an visit to the battlestation.......
To be continued ;)

Hope you like, you can support me with feedback, as always. :)

I must say, there's quite a lot more in this segment. Not sure whether it's down to having more description or just more stuff happening in general. Or a combination. Either way it's looking pretty good

Sounds good so far.  Lots and lots of typos, but they don't affect the story. ;)

"Contact, vector delta-zero niner six, speed 80 SU. Fleet size matches that of small recon task force. Identified ship matches light frigates, sir." An CNC officer shouted over the terminals.
It's time for engagment Leo thought, as he gave more commands.
"Any IFF beacon?"
"Yes sir, IFF beacon matches Tri-Tachyon IFF beacons. Confirmed Tri-Tachyon patrol." His helmsman responded with a shrill voice filled of exitment. He had been part of many severe battles, and yet his exitment never passed.
"Good, good. Order squadron delta to move in battleformation charlie."
"Yes sir." Battleformation charlie was typically used when the attacking fleets was out-numbering the enemy fleet, and therefor the attacking fleet assumed a battleformation which looked alot like the attack pattern of hawks approaching their prey.
"Sir, heavy cruiser "TCN Vector and TCN grey report that an Aurora-class cruiser is present. Shall we continue with the plan?"
"The aurora is a matching opponent, but now it's easy prey. Continue with the asssault."
"Roger that, sir. Battlestations, everyone!" The helmsman shouted as the klaxon alarms rang off, and the battlefield CNC appeard on all holo-screens.

-------------------------

"Ma'am, enemy fleet approaching, approx. three times bigger than us! IFF beacon matches TimCORP signatures!" The helmsman of the Aurora yelled, in a voice that sounded to be more filled with fear than with bravery.
"What!? How......  Damn it! Assume defensive postions and use the long-range weapons of the aurora alongside with the tempests to defend the buffalos until they can escape." The captain of the fleet ordered. He, as his helmsman, was too filled with more fear, but not for the TimCORP no, but it was the conseqeunces if he lost the precious cargo.
"Ma'am! They've just taken out three of our tempests. We have to retreat!" The XO responded.
"Form an defensive perimiter around the buffalos and escort them out of the zone." the captain ordered as a last attempt to survive with the cargo mostly intact.

--------------

Leo enjoyed his coffe black. Especially in a starship battle, as it tended to calm his nerves down, and he could focus more on the battle instead of the his surrondings

"Sir. They're forming an defensive perimiter around their freighters. It seems that there's something of high value in those freighters." An crewman said.
"Hmmm, so it appears to be.  Order the ships to not fire upon those freighters. If possible, try to capture the captain of the aurora. Also, order an destroyer screen around the escape point of thos freighters. We can't let them escape now, can we?"
"No sir."
The battlegroup moved accordingly, and had three out of four freighters locked down, along with the aurora.
"Right then, this should be easy. Ready atleast six squads of marines, and take that aurora. I want minimum casualties, and i most certainly don't want their captain dead, understood?"
"Absolutley, sir."
"Perfect" He took another sip of his black coffe. The beans for the coffe where produced directly at the TimCORP home planet, a privilage that wasn't offered to many admirals.
------
"Sir, the boarding teams are reporting success, we have captured the captain, and it appears to be a wanted fugitive from the TimCORP aswell."
"Can it possibly be......."
"Yes sir, it's Liz"
We caught her? After so much time...... Leo thought. He had finally captured the most wanted criminal in TimCORP space, but there where still questions to be answered. Why did she pilot an Tri-Tachyon patrol. And why was she assigned to transport high-value materials?
These where questions all going to be answered in time......

TO BE CONTINUED ;D
