Upgradecap had the idea to working together on something, so why not. (Uomoz is also helping us out)
This will be a ongoing effort to cram as much weird and awesome stuff into a mod as we can.
If you have any requests feel free to post them, ANYTHING will do as long as it's cool.
You will see a lot of old movie/game references, I hope for a ton of memes, and just everything I can find that is awesome. (Yes that most definably includes Ponies in Space!)

Tons of Portraits, if you have demands for certain persons/memes/movies/monsters/etc let us know. Anything can be added quite easily, if you have specific pictures in mind then pass me a link or description.
So far we have 35 portraits belonging to the following references:
Movies (Flash Gordan, Star Wars, Batman)
Cartoons (My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, Spongebob Squarepants)
Games (System Shock, Metroid)
Internet Memes (Scientology, trollface, boxxy, derpina, happy negro, hyakugojyuuichi, lulzsec, philosoraptor, all your base, shoopdawhoop)
Cool People (Weird Al Yankovic)
Weird Ships, as many as we can and as unlike as anything in other mods. Again if you have wants and needs let us know.
So far we have the following 17 ships in production:
The Boxxy Boat, a Shoop Da Whoop Ship, the trollface fleet, fluffy_pony and two other pony ships, a mr bean vessel, two anonymous flagships, a 4chan ice ship, sinistar & super sinistar and we have a polar bear riding an orca with lazor breath.
Strange Factions, we will try to divide all the sillyness up into their own factions. Let us know if you can think up more or better ones.
So far we have the following factions planned: Internet Leak, The Touhou Fleet, The Magic of Friendship, Horrors.
Impossible Planets and Stars, we hope to get some cool planet images eventual. Bring us your good ideas.
So far we only have 4 planet/star designs.
No weapon designs yet. (12 Ideas: a trollolol blaster for the trollface fleet shooting a string of text of "trollolol", also a loler blaster that shoots "lol", perhaps a Umad? missle that explodes in text, a missile that reads "incoming", a variety of small weapons that shoot "pew" "pow" "zap" "dakka" etc, the big red shoopdawhoop lazor, a katzooka missile launcher, bigger versions are the sharkzooka and the gaterlauncher.)
Also, try to see if we can tweak beam weapons to look like they are shooting fire by trying different color combinations.
