Mod update render me unable to load my save

I tried to make my mod up to date and i'm no longer able to load my save. Pls help me

Not all mod updates are save compatible. You'll want to revert to the previous version of your mod. Alternatively, if you overwrote your mod (instead of deleting before extracting the update), that could also cause issues in which case a fresh install of the mod might fix the problem.

Still doesn't work... Should i delete all mod and re-install them.

i think it's the terra morphing mod that cause it.
