How do I change scaling?

I just bought the game, and I am not a computer nerd. but I either get clear 1/4 screen on the center of my computer in center on non fullscreen, or a fuzzy 1/4 screen in my upper left screen of my computer on fullscreen.
I am running windows 10 with Nividia gtx 1080. Is there an easy fix that someone with limited skills , as myself could use to fix this?

Hi - sorry about the trouble! Could you take a look at the 4th item in the Troubleshooting thread? It has some suggested solutions.
