Note-making mod?

For roleplay purposes, I'd like to download a mod that lets me save a note for a game - I need this since I sometimes lay off from the game for months and forget what my save character was supposed to roleplay as.

Yes, I could also just use notepad - but I think it would be neat to be able to do this in-game instead.

Damn, it need the console command mod. Kinda like my saves looking clear without it but oh well.
