Good low-midtech factions

So, I've been looking through the faction lists for my next campaign and for some reason I'm *really* in the mood for lots of space-battleship style artillery slog fests. Big bulky ships, lots of armor, BIG GUNS, that kinda thing. Any good faction sets that sort of work with this idea? Carriers are good too, so long as they're like battlecarriers, or come with missile or torpedo bombers. I'm just kind of sleek, high-tech ship'd out right now tbh. Thanks in advance!

Tiandong Heavy Industries may be exactly what you're looking for!

Roider Union has more fighters than big guns, but is also similar.

Funnily enough, that would describe the Outer Rim Alliance pretty well, but they are High Tech.
