Yeah, as I think I mentioned in the Personal Contacts thread, I've made some improvements in that area. Some test cases include, say, having a map with a Falcon being ordered to capture several objectives in a row with a Lasher harassing it, that sort of thing. It does much better now, though it's of course possible that there'll be a few misfires in, ah, non-laboratory conditions.

Any hullmods which make captures faster? Or skills?

What would it be like if ship size affected capture radius?  Capital ships control from farther away, frigates need to get close, etc?  It would add a potential tuning lever for later balance.
